本機主要適用于各種行業(yè)（食品、藥品包裝、飾品包裝、通信產(chǎn)品塑料托盤等）的塑料托盤分離工序，特別針對水針生產(chǎn)包裝過程中，安瓶印字前道工序，塑托分離，自動落托，通過傳送帶進入包裝印字機，實現(xiàn)全自動包裝流程。

SY-B型自動，該產(chǎn)品是我公司自主研發(fā)的產(chǎn)品，性能穩(wěn)定，操作簡便，自動化程度高，代替了原有的手工分托工序，SY-B型自動通過大面積負氣壓吸頭的強大吸力，把針劑塑料托一個個均勻分開，快速平穩(wěn)的落入傳送帶上，進入包裝印字機，該機采用光纖紅外檢測下瓶量自動給托，無托自動報警，該設備的配有PLC控制人機操作界面，可與SY-A、SY-AA型高清印字機PLC編程控制相聯(lián)動，使自動與包裝印字機同步，從而保證了水針包裝生產(chǎn)聯(lián)動線的平穩(wěn)性。
The automatic base separation machine SY-B is a patented product of our independent research and development. It features stable performance and easy operation. The original base separation process operated by hand is replaced by high degree of automation. Through the powerful attractive force of the suction end under large area of negative air pressure, the automatic base separation machine SY-B would evenly divide the injection plastic bases onto the conveyor belt swiftly and stably, and then into the packing printing machine. Under optical infrared monitoring, the machine would supply base for tubes automatically, otherwise it would alarm automatically. This machine is equipped with PLC which controls the man-machine operation interface and connects with the programming control of the SY-A, SY-AA high definition printing machine PLC, synchronizing the automatic base separation machine and the packing printing machine and ensuring the stability of the connection between squirt cut packing and producing.
