大米粉碎調(diào)漿機運用與特點 Characteristis 
● 該機組應(yīng)用于啤酒釀造過程中*輔助原料大米的粉碎調(diào)漿和輸運。

● 粉碎輥間隙采用前后輪偏心式調(diào)節(jié)，輥輪中心調(diào)節(jié)靈敏 、簡單。

● 噴淋、清洗裝置設(shè)計合理，沖洗*，與物料接觸部分均采用不銹鋼材料，符合啤酒生產(chǎn)衛(wèi)生及工藝要求。

工作原理 Technology Principle
由供料輥輸入的大米通過相對旋轉(zhuǎn)的兩粉碎輥時，受到擠壓、剪切和搓撕作用，使大米粉碎。正確地調(diào)整兩粉碎輥的間隙，即可使粉碎度達到工藝要求。粉碎后的大米經(jīng)水溫自動調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)供給適合工藝要求的水，經(jīng)調(diào)漿泵攪拌成料漿，并進入下道工序
When the rice inputs from the supply roller through the two comparatively revolving comminuted rollers, come under the extrusion, cutting and ripping effect, then make the rice smashing. Adjust the gap of the two comminuted rollers correctly enables the smashing degree achieve the technological requirement. The rice after smashing will be provided with the water which suit the technological requirements by automatic water temperature adjust system, milled into material slurry through slurry-adjusting pump, then enter into the next procedure.
