● 可保持麥芽殼皮完整,形成疏松高效的過濾層,濾層厚度可增加15-20%。

● 可加快麥汁過濾速度,且麥汁清亮,麥汁過濾時(shí)間可縮短15-20%。

● 可將麥芽胚乳部分磨成漿狀細(xì)粒,提高麥汁收得率2%左右,對(duì)溶解度不良的麥芽,效果尤為明顯。

工藝流程 Technological process
將料斗內(nèi)除雜的麥芽,由料斗出口進(jìn)入噴濕機(jī)構(gòu),以60-65攝氏度熱水對(duì)其均勻地噴濕,并同時(shí)將濕料輸送給供料機(jī)構(gòu),使供料機(jī)械能連續(xù)不斷地為粉碎輥提供溫度為宜,數(shù)量相當(dāng)?shù)柠溠颗?,以保證粉碎輥正常工作,麥芽經(jīng)粉碎后,麥皮保持破而不碎,胚乳磨成漿料,在粉碎的同時(shí)加一定的清水,隨之?dāng)嚢枵{(diào)稀泵入糖化鍋。
Malt removed impurity in the hopper is feeded into spray machanism from the outlet of hopper, and hot water of 60-65℃ is sprayed evenly and at the same time, the wet material is feeded to suply machanisam in order to suply malt Plumule at suitable temperaure and quantity to the kibbling, mat shell can be maintained intergrity and plumule is kibbled into size. While kibbing , some water is added into te size and the size is pumed into the saccharifying pot.
