膨化食品理料包裝線 多功能自動膨化機

膨化食品理料包裝線 采用全自動化配套方式完成工藝流程：從潤米、麥開始，自動提升米、麥到膨化機進行自動膨化米、麥；膨化完成經(jīng)過米、麥花輸送到自動篩選機進行篩選；篩選完成后通過米花提升輸送到烘烤機對米、麥花進行烘烤；烘烤完成后進入米、麥花儲存罐收集；炒糖機進行自動計量主料及輔料進行炒制；炒制完成后倒入成型機進行自動布料、自動成型、自動脫模；自動送入理料機，理料機自動整體排序分送至包裝機整理輸送段，包裝機完成自動包裝。

We adopt fully automated matching manner to accomplish the process : moisten the rice or wheat and automatically lift these materials into puffing machine to make rice or wheat flower ;

automatically convey the puffed rice or wheat into sieve machine ; convey the selected puffed rice or wheat into baking machine to bake ; convey the baked rice or wheat into popcorn storage tanks ; use fried sugar machine to automatically measure major and minor ingredients and fry; pour the fried materials into molding machine to automatically convey them into sorting machine, sort them and separay convey them into sorting conveyer section. Finally, packaging machine automatically packs the finished products.
