原理及適用范圍
裝有復(fù)合鋁箔墊片的容器經(jīng)過感應(yīng)線圈時，電磁感應(yīng)起作用，產(chǎn)生渦流瞬時發(fā)熱，使鋁箔與容器口緊密粘合，達(dá)到氣密封口之功效。適用于藥品、食品、化妝品、農(nóng)藥、石油制品、化工產(chǎn)品等容器的封口。
Principle And Application:
Induction cap sealer is a non-contact heating process that accomplishes the hermetic sealing of a bottle with a cap which includes a heat-sealable foil liner . when the bottles pass under the induction coil, the seal film of foil liner is heated and attached onto the lip of bottle. After cooled , the seal film creates a bond with the bottle resulting in a sealed product. The sealer is specially applicable for foods,soft drinks，beverage，pharmaceutical and chemical industries
