適用范圍：

下擺式常規(guī)理料包裝線適用于瑞士卷、夾層蛋糕等外形規(guī)則的蛋糕類產(chǎn)品，要求生產(chǎn)線來料必須成排來料。


Working range:

Upper titling traditional feeding & packing line is widely using,such as Swiss roll,layer cake,etc.similar appearance regular cake product,it requires the material should be coming in line.



功能與特點(diǎn)：

上擺式常規(guī)理料包裝線由拉距輸送帶、上擺輸送帶、橫向輸送帶、自動(dòng)理料機(jī)組以及包裝機(jī)組成，對(duì)蛋糕類產(chǎn)品 進(jìn)行自動(dòng)擋平、拉距整理、分配，把產(chǎn)品整齊地送進(jìn)自動(dòng)理料機(jī)進(jìn)行定wei，再進(jìn)去包裝機(jī)包裝。


Functions and features:

Upper titling traditional feeding & packing line is made of pulling distance conveyor belt、 upper titling conveyor belt、transverse conveyor belt、automatic linear feeding unit and packing machine,make the material smooth settling、automatic assigning,put the material into the simple feeding machine in series,in positioning process, and next to the normal packaging by packing machine.

1、具有自動(dòng)擋平裝置，讓物料整齊地往后輸送；

2、 釆用PLC控zhi器，自動(dòng)檢測(cè)物料實(shí)現(xiàn)整齊下放物料有序進(jìn)入理料機(jī)組整理，物料平穩(wěn)輸送，定wei精zhun；

3、控zhi系統(tǒng)釆用觸摸屏顯示，良好的人機(jī)界面，操作簡單、直觀、方便；

4、理料段輸送帶快拆功能，可實(shí)現(xiàn)免工具更換輸送帶；

5、 輸送帶為食品級(jí)藍(lán)色防jun輸送PU帶，可選配白色PU帶等；

4、Linear feeder conveyor belt has easily installation function,ａnd realizes the conveyor belt replacement without tool;

5、Conveyor belt is the food grade blue anti microbial conveyor PU belt.customer can select the white PU belt.etc. for usage.
