蛋卷裝托理料包裝線大面積用于蛋卷、米果、棒狀餅干等圓形產品的裝托包裝，可實現2根、3根、2根疊層、3根疊層裝托(不兼容)，可人工倒料或者對接生產線，實現蛋卷自動裝托包裝。蛋卷裝托，米果裝托，月餅裝托，餅干裝托。

Working range:
Egg roll with tray loading material & packing line is widely using in egg roll packing without tray,which realizes 2、3 pieces packing modality, 2、3 pieces layer tray loading(without compaliblity ),ａnd manual shuffling or directly connecting to the production line, realize the egg roll to be settled in automatic tray loading and packing.
功能與特點：
蛋卷裝托理料包裝線由供料帶、圓盤整理機、自動理料機組、尾架、自動吸托機以及包裝機組成，利用圓盤整理 機的離心力，對蛋卷進行整理，對托盒進行下托、排列，在蛋卷與托盒匯合處精zhun地送入托盒內，并包裝。
Functions and features:
Egg roll with tray loading material & packing line is made of feeding tape、rotating plate stacking machine、automatic linear feeding unit、tailstock(bracket) of machine、automatic suction tray machine and packing machine, using the centrifugal force of the rotating plate stacking machine to settle the egg roll,also let the tray box putting down in series, accurately put this into the tray box between material and tray when they meet together.ａnd next to packing process in final.

1、圓盤整理機整理物料，實現穩(wěn)定連續(xù)地給自動理料機組供料；
2、 采用PLC控zhi器，自動檢測圓盤內物料實時調整供料帶，自動檢測理料機組物料實時調整圓盤整理機實現高低 速控zhi，避免物料破損；
3、自動下托，并送入裝托工位，實現自動化生產；
4、控zhi系統(tǒng)采用觸摸屏顯示，良好的人機界面，操作簡單、直觀、方便；
5、理料段輸送帶快拆功能，可實現免工具更換輸送帶；
6、 輸送帶為食品級藍色防jun輸送PU帶，可選配白色PU帶等.

6、Conveyor belt is the food grade blue anti-microbial conveyor PU belt,customer can select the white PU belt,etc. for usage.
