應用概述：       

   是集沸騰干燥－噴動干燥－沸騰制粒－旋流制粒－旋流包衣－底噴包衣－旋轉床制粒（丸）各種規(guī)則流于一體的多功能制粒包衣試驗設備。該機能包含多種工藝操作，適用于醫(yī)藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)多品種、多劑型制顆粒、丸劑或包衣的試驗機型。

 流化床包衣機是生產藥品的一種重要裝備；流化床包衣機在實際生產時，其進氣需要飽和或可以控制在一定范圍內的濕度。傳統(tǒng)的流化床包衣機不能穩(wěn)定持續(xù)的提供濕氣，嚴重影響產品的質量。傳統(tǒng)的流化床包衣機一般只采用蒸汽加熱的方式對凈化過的冷空氣加熱，單純對凈化過的冷空氣加熱后所產生的熱氣中濕度達不到飽和的要求，或不能控制在特定要求的范圍內，影響包衣衣膜的成型過程，導致產品的質量較低。
