自吸泵屬自吸式離心泵，它具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作方便、運行平穩(wěn)、維護容易、效率高、壽命長，并有較強的自吸能力等優(yōu)點。管路不需安裝底閥，工作前只需保證泵體內(nèi)儲有定量引液即可。不同液體可采用不同材質(zhì)自吸泵。自吸泵的工作原理是水泵啟動前先在泵殼內(nèi)灌滿水。啟動后葉輪高速旋轉(zhuǎn)使葉輪槽道中的水流向渦殼，這時入口形成真空，使進水逆止門打開，吸入管內(nèi)的空氣進入泵內(nèi)，并經(jīng)葉輪槽道到達外緣。軸向力平衡裝置，在離心自吸泵運行過程中。自吸泵體也稱自吸泵殼由于液體是在低壓下進入葉輪。它是水自吸泵的主體。起到支撐固定作用2而在高壓下流出，使葉輪兩側(cè)所受壓力不等。
