 ZR-SC-VVRP4*2*1.5補償電纜護(hù)套

凡用聚氯乙烯或聚四氟乙烯作護(hù)套,其護(hù)套應(yīng)緊密包在線芯的絕緣層上,絕緣層與護(hù)套不粘連,表面應(yīng)平整,顏色均勻。

護(hù)套厚度的允許偏差為標(biāo)稱值厚度的負(fù)20%,zui薄處的厚度應(yīng)不小于標(biāo)稱值的80%。用玻璃絲紡織的護(hù)套,其編織密度應(yīng)不小于90%。

ZR-SC-VVRP4*2*1.5補償電纜屏蔽層

編織密度不小于80%,斷頭處經(jīng)銜接后應(yīng)修剪整齊;復(fù)合鋁(銅)帶應(yīng)緊密貼在絕緣層上,不易松脫;屏蔽層的厚度不得大于0.8mm。

絕緣電阻

當(dāng)周圍空氣溫度為15-35℃,相對濕度不大于80%時,補償導(dǎo)線的線芯間和線芯與屏蔽層之間的絕緣電阻每10米不小于5MΩ。

4.3 物理機械性能

一般用補償導(dǎo)線的絕緣層和護(hù)套的物理性能和老化性能應(yīng)符合表5規(guī)定。

4.4 耐熱性能

耐熱用補償導(dǎo)線應(yīng)經(jīng)受220±5℃歷時24小時耐熱性能試驗后,立即將試樣在5倍其直徑的圓柱體上彎曲180度后應(yīng)表面無裂紋,補償導(dǎo)線的線芯間和線芯與屏蔽層之間的絕緣電阻每米不小于25MΩ。

4.5 防潮性能

耐熱用補償導(dǎo)線應(yīng)經(jīng)受環(huán)境溫度40±2℃,相對濕度95±3%,歷時24小時防潮性能試驗后,補償導(dǎo)線的線芯間和線芯與屏蔽層之間的絕緣電阻每米不小于25 MΩ。

4.6 低溫卷繞性能

一般用補償導(dǎo)線應(yīng)經(jīng)受-20℃的低溫卷繞試驗后,用目力觀察卷繞在試棒上的試樣的絕緣層應(yīng)無任何裂紋。
