1.    炒筒受熱更均勻；加熱裝置散狀分布，炒筒軸向均勻受熱，使炒筒內(nèi)堅(jiān)果與介質(zhì)在每一個(gè)軸向點(diǎn)位上加熱是均勻的，確保炒制的均勻度、芽黃率均有提高。

2.    分區(qū)控溫，操控更便捷；根據(jù)物料的特性，創(chuàng)設(shè)分區(qū)設(shè)定炒制溫度，以滿足物料在炒制過(guò)程中所需的不同溫度的需求，溫度整定迅速，適用范圍更廣；例如：炒制原味瓜子時(shí)，通過(guò)設(shè)定后端加熱溫度，將黃尾率再降低；如果炒制腰果，可以設(shè)定好每段加熱溫度，使炒筒內(nèi)部介質(zhì)溫度均衡、來(lái)確保腰果的成品色澤和口感；
