結構特點 FORGED STEEL GATE VALVES DESIGN FEATURES
- 閥桿驅(qū)動 - 兩件式，可在線更換軛架襯套，不需要影響閥門開關位置（關閉或開啟）狀態(tài)下拆卸手輪。
Stem Drive – two-piece allows for replacement of yoke bushing inline, removal of handwheel without affecting position of valves （closed or opened）. - 明桿（升桿） - 使得開啟關閉指示器處于容易看到的位置。
Rising Stem – makes for easy visibility for open-close indications. - 填料壓蓋 - 兩件式填料壓蓋襯套/填料法蘭能夠自動校準，以防止由于填料壓蓋翹起造成閥桿損壞。
Gland – two piece gland bushing/packing flange is self-aligning to prevent stem damage for cocked gland. - 閥桿采用硬化蒙乃爾合金K500，以增加強度和耐久性。
Stem made from hardened Monel K500 for strength and durability. - 碳鋼閥門采用閥桿孔內(nèi)鍍鎳層的閥桿，適用于嚴酷的烴化應用環(huán)境。
Nickel plated overlay in stem hole for carbon steel valves to combat severe alkylation conditions. - 氫氟酸檢測漆，用于保證密封的整體性。
HF acid detecting paint to ensure valve sealing integrity. - 閥帽 - 大型加長閥帽。
Bonnet – large extended type bonnet grade. - 閥帽連接 - 壓縮襯墊設計。
Bonnet Joint – encapsulated gasket design. - 閥體 - 高質(zhì)量蒙乃爾或A105標準閥體，符合API 602標準的壁厚，用于應用領域。
Body – high quality Monel or A105 normalized body with API 602 wall thickness for maximum service. - 楔板實心蒙乃爾。
Wedge solid Monel. - 閥座環(huán) - 采用實心蒙乃爾400材料制造。
Seat rings – made of solid Monel 400.
可選擇螺栓閥帽帶有動負載，雙重填料和無泄漏或適用于無污染應用領域的波紋管密封裝置
Bolted bonnet available with live-loading, double packing and leak-off or bellows seal for emission-free service.
