(1)功能特點

① 貼標范圍50-150板/min(每板5支)

② 貼標精度為±0.5mm(與產(chǎn)品及標簽尺寸有關(guān))

③ 計數(shù)準確率高達99%

④ 貼標精度為±1mm，采用多張聯(lián)貼方式，確保高速情況下的貼標精度。

⑤ 調(diào)整簡單，貼標速度、輸送速度、分瓶速度可實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速，根據(jù)需要進行調(diào)整。

⑥ 整機堅實耐用,采用主體框架和安全門設(shè)計，符合 GMP生產(chǎn)要求。

(1)Functional features

① Labeling speed up to 50-150 plates / min (5 per plate)

② The labeling accuracy is ± 0.5mm (related to product and label size)

③ Counting accuracy up to 99%

4.The labeling accuracy is ± 1 mm, and multiple sheets are used to ensure the labeling accuracy under high speed.

⑤ The adjustment is simple. The labeling speed, conveying speed and bottle dividing speed can be adjusted steplessly.

⑥ The whole machine is solid and durable. It adopts main frame and safety door design, which meets GMP production requirements.

⑦ Optional features:

a. The main functions of the system are as follows: hot code / spray code function; B. CCD printing detection; C. missing paste detection; e. error product elimination; F. audit tracking and reporting system; g. other functions (customized according to customer requirements).
