風送道
風道輸送線主要用于PET瓶裝飲料或水的自動化灌裝生產(chǎn)線上，是連接吹瓶機、灌裝機的中間輸送。通過風作為驅(qū)動力，使PET瓶以單列的形式在各設(shè)備間進行傳輸。

風道輸送線通過與一分二和二合一等特殊單元結(jié)構(gòu)間的銜接，能實現(xiàn)特殊的多路輸送。
技術(shù)特點

根據(jù)不同的瓶型尺寸，可方便的對掛瓶口及護瓶欄桿的間距尺寸進行調(diào)整，保證在輸送過程中的平穩(wěn)可靠。
所有風道輸送段的風量可根據(jù)實際情況，通過調(diào)節(jié)風門的大小方便的進行調(diào)整。
掛瓶口襯條進口耐磨材料，使用壽命長。
電氣控制方法采用高靈敏度的光電開關(guān)進行檢測和控制，并與前后各單機進行控制上的連鎖，從而達到平穩(wěn)輸送的目的。
采用集中控制方式，普通按鈕控制。
