本機五大創(chuàng)新：
1、產(chǎn)能高，穩(wěn)定速度可達80盒/分鐘；
2、功能齊，半蓋/全蓋，紙高盒低/紙低盒高均可；
3、換產(chǎn)快，更換規(guī)格僅需10-20分鐘；
4、操作便，伺服送紙、PLC控制系統(tǒng)易掌握；
5、成本低，采用進口膠機0.3mm-0.36mm噴嘴膠量少。
Five innovations of the machine
1、High output. The stable speed can reach 80 boxes/minute.
2、Complete functions. The machine is suitable for various applications such as semi-cover/full-cover, or high paper and low box/low paper and high box.
3、Rapid production changing. It only takes 10-20 minutes to change the specifications.
4、Convenient operation. It is easy to control the servo paper feeding and PLC control system.
5、Low cost. The imported glue machine with a nozzle of 0.3mm is adopted and the glue-spread is little.

主要性能結(jié)構(gòu)特點：
1、 采用自動送料、開盒、入盒、打批號（選配）、噴膠、封盒等的包裝形式，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊合理，操作調(diào)整簡單；
2、 采用伺服電機和觸摸屏、PLC可編程控制系統(tǒng)，人機界面顯示操作更清晰簡便，自動化程度高，更具人性化；
3、 采用自動理料輸送機構(gòu)，方便與自動生產(chǎn)線聯(lián)動生產(chǎn)，可大量降低勞動力成本；
4、 采用光電眼自動檢測跟蹤系統(tǒng)，空包不下盒，限度地節(jié)約了包裝材料；
5、 包裝范圍大，調(diào)節(jié)方便，各種規(guī)格尺寸之間可實現(xiàn)快速轉(zhuǎn)換；
6、 更換規(guī)格無需大量更換模具，只需調(diào)節(jié)或更換個別部件即可實現(xiàn)；
7、 采用物品進盒不到位自動停機和主傳動電機過載保護裝置，適用更安全可靠；
8、 可根據(jù)客戶要求，采用上翻式安全防護罩，操作簡便，外形美觀。
Main performances and structure features:
1. Packing forms such as automatic feeding, box opening, boxing, batch No. printing, glue spreading, box sealing, etc. are adopted. Featured by compact and reasonable structure, simple operation and adjustment.
2. Servo/step motor, touch screen, PLC control system ａnd man-machine interface display make operation more clear and convenient. With high automation degree, the machine is more user-friendly.
3. The automatic material arranging and conveying mechanism is adopted to facilitate linked production with automatic production line, which can greatly reduce labor cost.
4. The photoelectric eye automatic detection tracking system is adopted. No boxing is made if the bag is empty, so as to save packing materials to the utmost extent.
5. With wide packing range and convenient adjustment, fast switching among various specifications ａnd sizes can be realized.
6. Change of specifications does not need change of molds, but can be realized through adjustment.
7. Automatic stopping is available when the material boxing is not in place, and the main driving motor overload protection device is used, so that the machine is safer and more reliable.
8. According to customer requirements, the upturning type safety protective cover is adopted, which is featured by simple operation and beautiful appearance.
