   設(shè)備特點：
 
   1.殺菌后外包裝有大量殘留水滴，風(fēng)干機有效去除了物料表面水滴，大大縮短了貼標、裝箱的準備工作，適宜流水線作業(yè)，提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動化程度。
 
   2、風(fēng)干機.與傳統(tǒng)干燥除水方式相比較，風(fēng)干機操作簡單，使用方便（只需接上電源即可使用）！除水率高（達99%以上），。且包裝物表面無水垢污染。
 
   3. 風(fēng)干機除水后可直接裝箱，風(fēng)干機實現(xiàn)連續(xù)作業(yè)（與連續(xù)工作殺菌機配套使用），只需將殺菌后的產(chǎn)品放入輸送網(wǎng)帶，經(jīng)風(fēng)干機產(chǎn)生的氣流經(jīng)噴嘴噴射而出，吹干風(fēng)溫為常溫，風(fēng)干機有效保護物料本身的色澤和品質(zhì)。從而達到包裝除水、除油漬、水垢等效果，即可裝箱入庫。
 
   4.采用SUS304不銹鋼制造，變頻調(diào)速控制，風(fēng)干機運行平穩(wěn)，體積小，效率高。
 
風(fēng)干機與殺菌流水線配套使用，置于殺菌線后部。特別適用于滅菌后的高低溫肉制品、蔬菜制品等袋裝產(chǎn)品的干燥工作。

The air dryer can effectively protect the color and quality of the materials. So as to achieve the effect of removing water, oil stain and scale, and packing can be done.
 
4. It is made of SUS304 stainless steel and controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation. The air dryer runs stably, with small volume and high efficiency.
