設(shè)備售后服務

1．整機一年免費保修，終生服務。 

2．客戶報修，我公司采用視頻指導+現(xiàn)場維護的方式，全力解決設(shè)備的相關(guān)問題。

3．需要現(xiàn)場維護和修理的設(shè)備：客戶在工作日報修，本公司技術(shù)人員在48小時到位。（特殊情況詳細與客戶商量決定）

4．無論是否在保修期限內(nèi)，凡本公司所售設(shè)備，每兩個月均由我公司專業(yè)人員進行設(shè)備回訪，*解決客戶的設(shè)備售后困擾。

5．售后服務需要產(chǎn)生費用的，由客戶簽字認可，未得到客戶認可的款項，客戶方可拒付。
