The pig will lead into the auto-singeing oven by the guide rail after the steamed scalding and hair removing. Once the pig come into the oven, the observation system will send signals to the electric elements to turn on the gas valve, and then the nozzle will spray flame to singe the carcass of the pig. The carcass will lead away by the guide rail after the hair removing, and the flame will wane automatically and leaving only the tinder.

It made up for the deficiency of the manual singeing such as high intensity of labor, poor efficiency, hair remaining and so on.

4.     工作原理

Operating principle

牲豬經(jīng)過蒸汽燙毛、螺旋刨毛機(jī)刨毛工序后，由運(yùn)動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌牽引進(jìn)入自動(dòng)燎毛爐，豬胴體進(jìn)入后，監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)便發(fā)出信號(hào)指令打開燃氣閥門，此時(shí)噴嘴噴出火焰對(duì)豬胴體進(jìn)行燎毛，完成后豬胴體進(jìn)入下一工序，火焰自行變小只留火種，等待下一個(gè)豬胴體進(jìn)入并完成新一輪燎毛過程。

The pig will lead into the auto-singeing oven by the guide rail after the steamed scalding and hair removing. 5.     安裝與調(diào)試

Installation and trial run/ debugging

1)     安裝要求：檢查設(shè)備在運(yùn)輸過程中是否有磕碰損傷按工藝要求做好土建基礎(chǔ)，然后將整機(jī)安裝于基礎(chǔ)之上；

Installation requirement: Check if the equipment was damaged during the delivery, and finish the infrastructure and then install the machine.

2)     調(diào)試：設(shè)備運(yùn)行前檢查各部件有無松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，燃氣系統(tǒng)是否牢固可靠,各儀表是否正常，然后接通電源，一切正常后投入使用。

Trial Run: To check whether the parts are loose, whether the fuel system is firm and reliable, and whether every meter is normal. And then you can turn the power on and put it into use.

6.     試車trial run

按順序打開電源開關(guān)、冷卻水閥門（手閥）、燃氣總閥（手閥）、約半分鐘后按下點(diǎn)火開關(guān)，噴頭點(diǎn)燃，使自動(dòng)燎毛爐處于工作狀態(tài)，檢查各機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)作是否正常。經(jīng)空載試驗(yàn)后，無異常，方可進(jìn)行負(fù)載試驗(yàn)。

Turn on the power switch, water cooling valve, fuel valve one by one and then turn on the ignition switch about 30 seconds later. The nozzle will spray flame and the machine will be on the working condition. And then you can check whether it is working normally or not. You can put it into use after the idle operation if there is nothing wrong.

7.     安全操作要點(diǎn)

Rules of safety operation

1)     嚴(yán)禁在儲(chǔ)氣罐、燃氣管道周圍進(jìn)行高溫和有沖擊性的作業(yè)。

No high temperature and impact operation around the air tank and the fuel line.

2)     專人操作，注意燃氣有無泄漏及泄漏報(bào)警提示，及時(shí)采取措施。

Need a specialist operator to pay attention to the fuel leakage and the alarm, so as to take measures timely.

3)     工作時(shí)應(yīng)注意各噴頭的燃燒情況，必要時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。

Pay attention to all the nozzles to see if the flame is normal and to adjust them if necessary.

4)     燃燒爐進(jìn)出口及周圍，禁止人員靠近。

No entry around the oven.

5)     清潔、維修保養(yǎng)時(shí)，必須爐體冷卻確認(rèn)不能被啟動(dòng)，并掛提示牌。

When you want to clean and maintain the oven, make sure that the oven is cooling and can not start up and also hang the warning board.

6)     工作完畢后，切斷電源關(guān)閉所有閥門。

Cut all the power and valve off after work.

7)     操作者應(yīng)具備機(jī)械和電器操作知識(shí)；

The operator should be acknowledged with mechanical ａnd electric operation.

8)     操作者應(yīng)熟悉自動(dòng)燎毛爐的結(jié)構(gòu)，使用性能，安全規(guī)程及本說明書等；

The operator should be familiar with the structure the function and safety rules and the instruction manual, etc.

9)     操作人員要經(jīng)崗位培訓(xùn)，持證上崗；

The operator should be trained before working.

10)  每班作業(yè)前應(yīng)日常檢查；

To check the machine before working for each shift

11)  用戶必須建立必要的規(guī)章制度及安全操作規(guī)程。

The user should set up the safety rules and regulations.

8.     檢查、維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)及故障排除方法

Checking, maintenance and trouble eliminating

本設(shè)備出廠前均經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，但出廠后可能由于運(yùn)輸裝卸等因素而造成失調(diào)或故障，因此必須對(duì)整機(jī)進(jìn)行一次全面檢查，在確定各處都完好后，方可安裝使用。

The machine was inspected and debugged before sale, but as there might be something wrong during the delivery. So, you should give it an overall check before put it into use.

本機(jī)安裝使用后，除平時(shí)保養(yǎng)外，應(yīng)定期進(jìn)行檢修，磨損過多的零件應(yīng)及時(shí)更換以保證機(jī)器的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

During the usage, you should check it regularly besides the maintenance, and change the over-worn parts to ensure the normal running.

常見的故障及排除方法在下表中做出了詳細(xì)的說明，在發(fā)現(xiàn)以下故障時(shí)，請(qǐng)參照下表執(zhí)行。

The common troubles and the solutions are in the following chart for your reference.

如按以下方法不能解決問題，請(qǐng)勿再盲目拆卸，以免故障范圍擴(kuò)大，請(qǐng)速與廠家業(yè)務(wù)部門聯(lián)系維修。

If you still can not solve the above problems, please do not dismantle it lest making things worse. Please contact the supplier for the repairing.

9.     維修maintenance and repair

在檢查中凡不符合要求的均應(yīng)立即維修，調(diào)整或更換零部件。維修應(yīng)做到以下要求：

1)     維修時(shí)更換件應(yīng)與原材料性能相同；

2)     自動(dòng)燎毛爐處于工作狀態(tài)時(shí)，不許進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)和維修。

You should repair, adjust or change the spare parts if they are unqualified. Please obey the following requirements:

1) The function of the replaced parts should be the same with the original production.

2) You should not repair it when it is in the work condition.
