將不同包裝物件放入貼標(biāo)機(jī)輸送帶，由輸送帶帶動(dòng)瓶子進(jìn)入分瓶區(qū)域，輸送機(jī)構(gòu)持續(xù)移動(dòng)，由視物光纖檢測(cè)到瓶子后，將光電信號(hào)傳輸?shù)絇LC，由PLC處理后將輸出信號(hào)輸?shù)讲竭M(jìn)電機(jī)，由步進(jìn)電機(jī)出標(biāo)，通過(guò)滾壓機(jī)構(gòu)將標(biāo)簽貼到子上，貼標(biāo)后的物件由貼標(biāo)機(jī)輸送帶帶進(jìn)入下*程或容器。
