金屬種類與檢測靈敏度
現(xiàn)實中金屬的種類繁多，對于不同種類的金屬，金檢機的檢測靈 敏度是不相同的。據(jù)檢測難易程度和金檢機原理，我們傾向于將所有金 屬分類兩大類，磁性金屬和非磁性金屬，磁性金屬函括鐵、鈷、鎳元素 為代表的合金材質(zhì)金屬，其它的都為非磁性金屬，由于函括范圍較大， 如銅，鋁，合金，不銹鋼 等等。所以通常采用信號的銅(非鐵)和最 弱的不銹鋼(304/316)做為檢測標準，固通常需要檢測三種類型：
鐵金屬(Fe): 可以很容易被磁鐵吸引的金屬，例如純鐵。這類金屬通常是在食品制 作中見的異物，而且最容易被金屬檢測機檢測，所以其靈敏度是。
非鐵金屬(Non-Fe): 高導電的非磁性金屬，例如銅，鋁，金，銀，黃銅等）。 當被檢測的產(chǎn)品是屬于干貨時，其靈敏度會接近可被檢出的鐵金屬的尺寸。 如果產(chǎn)品是屬于濕貨時，其靈敏 度會低于鐵金屬， 可檢出的非鐵金屬尺寸會比鐵金屬的尺寸大至少 50%。
不銹鋼（SUS）: 300 系列不銹鋼，例如 304，316。根據(jù)金屬檢測的定義及技術，而且不銹 鋼擁有較低的導電性和磁導率，所以不銹鋼的靈敏度是所有常見的金屬中的。 當被檢測的產(chǎn)品是屬于干貨時，不銹鋼球的尺寸需要比鐵金屬的尺寸大 50%，才可產(chǎn)生相同的信號。 但當產(chǎn)品是屬于濕貨時，不銹鋼球的尺寸需要比鐵金屬的尺寸大 100 至 200%，才可產(chǎn)生相同的信號
